What will your mission be? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Iberica to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the Spanish market, particularly within the agriculture, plating, and ceramics industries. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines strong industry knowledge with a robust sales background to drive success and achieve sales targets. Your main responsibilities will be:Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Spanish market. Identify and target potential clients in the agriculture, plating, and ceramics industries. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Develop and implement targeted outreach initiatives that promote our products. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with new product and service offerings as well as emerging market trends. Travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry conferences and exhibitions. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field preferred. Native proficiency in Spanish. Excellent knowledge of the English language. At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the chemical or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and market expansion. Experience in the agriculture, plating, or ceramics industries. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Background in chemistry or related field is an advantage. Ability to work independently and travel as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, always with ethical approach to sales. Strategic thinker with business acumen and a proven ability to solve problems creatively. What can you expect in Bluestone?
