Sales Executive
Business Development Lead Specialist will develop and close a pipeline of opportunities in a defined territory further expanding and strengthening Alight’s current market position focused on SAP and global payroll. Main scope will to take Alight’s proposition of HR and payroll to multi-national clients , building a pipeline and leading the sales engagement to negotiate and close consulting and outsourcing projects upto a value of $10m. To achieve this goal the Business Development Lead Specialist will work with an extended team with Alight across Presales, Professional Services and Legal as well as externally with influencers and software vendors such as Workday and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Sales:
- Defining effective sales strategy for the complete variety of products and services portfolio of Alight including SAP and global payroll services for a defined territory
- Successfully win profitable projects and achieve
- Develop and implement agreed upon sales models and coverage strategies across multiple touch points and different routes to market.
- Accountable for generating opportunities and winning large multi-year new business.
- Responsible for securing the strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting of pipeline and revenues
- Ensuring a complete understanding of sales pricing and proposal models.
- Collaborate and build partnerships within Alight ecosystem to drive the agreed strategy, ensure consensus with the go to market and sales strategy overall
- Create a trustful and respectful environment within the immediate team and the extended one. Be a collaborative member of the management team.
- Customer management:
- Identify, develop and articulate the compelling value proposition to prospective customers and current end users
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with all potential clients and decision makers
- Being responsible for creating the highly efficient salesforce team involved in sourcing and bringing on board and maintaining the best quality of client relationships and referrals.
- Have a well-established and further expanding network within the representatives of top management
