Knowledge of the PPE market. Languages: French & English fluent. Availability to travel 2 weeks a month. We`re looking for a new BUFF Lover to promote the sale of products from the Safety and Custom lines in the assigned areas, through the prescription of products, the search for new customers, the development of current ones and the creation and leadership of the sales network (distributors or commercial agents); with a dedication forecast 65% Safety / 35% Custom. About the Role:As our Sales Area Manager - Safety & Custom, your main goal will be to co-define sales targets and goals, implement strategies to achieve and exceed them, and constantly work on increasing our sales. We're looking for someone who really enjoys building long term business relationships with key accounts, other clients & agents, with an ambitious focus on sales and with a clear goal, to be the best sales agent. You will be responsible for but not limited to:Leadership of the sales network in different geographical areas: France, Italy and Nordic Indirect Markets. Prospecting and analyzing markets to implement the best commercial structure in each country and boost sales in different markets and channels. Define sales, budget and pricing strategy for the stated regions, based on market opportunities and product development, and follow through for it implementation. Introduction and prescription of Safety products Visit clients: private companies and Public Institutions Preparation and design of public tenders Drive sales success through direct sales and client follow-up, collaborating with internal and external sales team. Deliver brand and sales presentations to clients as needed, also responsible for product knowledge training of internal/external sales teams. Identify growth opportunities, new products, market needs and work together with the Product and Marketing department to provide the consumer/client's vision. Attend relevant tradeshows to seek out new business. Ensure coordination with all involved areas to perform and report on progress, challenges and results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
