You will join the team as an Inbound Pre-Sales Consultant for one of our clients, a Silicon Valley digital giant. You will educate our client's members while driven valuable experiences and working towards a revenue target. You will be responsible for supporting revenue, handling, acquisitions, and meeting quality standards to ensure the success of the program. You will manage inquiries and customer request to promote, client's customers to optimize their investment, with the goal of driving business growth and ultimately customer success. Lead our client's customers through the complete sales process, leveraging multiple communication channels (e. g. , virtual meetings, phone, email, online chat). Uncover customer business needs and align our client's solutions to your customers' objectives. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through the appropriate escalation of issues and precise, timely responses. Track all customer activities accurately and timely within the CRM. Meet or exceed all performance standards including a number of interactions, revenue, attribution, conversations, and quality metrics that will be measured monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Manage teammates to achieve a shared goal by understanding the scope of the business and reaching out to the appropriate people to meet various needs. Identify gaps in current processes or product offerings and implement or recommend improvements to increase the overall productivity and customer experience. Who are we looking for? Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly and concisely in French, as well as English to support specific markets.
