Demand Planner HP Store EuropeDescription -HP Shopping EMEA is the direct motion to serve end users and SMB via web or Tele-sales. This is a fast-growing business, deployed in 10 countries in EMEA. The fulfilment model is managed direct via owned inventory model. In order to optimize availability, a full business planning team is managing end to end processes to ensure max availability on “must-have” products, prevent any stock disruption and ensure that products appear in the storefront at the appropriate time with the correct quantities. This involves working closely with cross functional teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Forecasting ActivitiesMaintain a Top SKU portfolio in alignment with Sales TeamConsolidate country HP Shopping plans into EMEA/BU plan and communicate to supply chain and product managers. Analyse forecast accuracy and perform root-cause analysis on deviations. Measure and provide data metrics to identify aged stock, incremental business, GPM analysis. Replenishment ActivitiesConvert forecast into material requirement and sustain replenishment in alignment to sell out trend, run weekly refresh and build mitigation pointEnsure production orders are placed as per requirements and with the right priority with Supply ChainDrives the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools and reports. Product Availability ManagementFocus on maximizing the availability of top-selling products in our partner's warehouse. Control consistency between Store front availability status, HP inventory and HP Supply chain order statusDrive the development and improvement of the Buy-button strategy by monitoring ETA accuracy, perform root cause analysis and maintain an appropriate processGeneral SupportMonitor KPI’s for a country portfolio. Serve as single point of contact for Sales and Call Center teams regarding Stock ManagementContribute to NPS (Net Promotor Score) improvement by driving initiatives & process enhancements. QualificationsRecent university Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent. Typically 2-3 years of experience. Aptitude and readiness for learning and understanding new technologies. Strong Microsoft Excel expertise (SQL is a plus)Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, and thorough. Analytical, detail-oriented and able to 'zoom' in/out from the big picture to the minutiae. Great attitude, strong organizational skills and a self-starterTeam player with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to speak and write in English. Any other European language is a plus.
