Client Growth Manager
Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2011 and sold to American based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We are currently considered one of the top mobile ad tech companies in the world, competing with American-based Liftoff and Korean-based Moloco, both in the pre IPO stage and averaging about $500M in yearly revenues.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Growth Manager for our Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
The Client Growth Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients onto our DSP platform, providing them with the support, guidance, and training they need to effectively manage their digital advertising campaigns. The Client Growth Manager will manage client relationships, drive growth, and ensure the success of our clients' advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona!
Responsabilities:
- Learn about the advertising goals of our new clients and create custom plans to help them get started on the DSP platform, following our onboarding process.
- Assist clients in setting up their accounts on the DSP platform and help them with setting up tracking features (Server-to-server, Pixel, API tracking integrations).
- Teach clients about the DSP platform's features and how to use them effectively, including navigating the platform and using reporting and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with clients to develop advertising strategies that match their goals, providing advice on targeting options, budget management, and improving ad performance.
- Use data from the DSP platform to create reports on campaign performance and meet regularly with clients to discuss insights and suggest improvements.
- Act as the main contact for clients, keeping communication open, providing updates on campaign progress, and addressing concerns.
- Offer help and support to clients with any technical issues they face on the DSP platform, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure clients' ad campaigns follow industry rules, Smadex platform policies, and best practices, providing guidance on content creation and data privacy regulations.
What are we looking for:
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Growth Management and/or Business Development.
- Experience in Programmatic Advertising.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain.
Experiences considered a plus:
- Experience with Branding, Direct Response (M-Commerce) and VAS Campaigns.
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs).
- Fluent in Spanish, German, French, Arabic, etc.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset.
