Job PurposeEnsure that Vueling CAMO continues to meet the requirements of the Part-CAMO and Part-M. He/she is responsible for monitoring compliance with aviation laws, regulations, ISARPs and company policies, and the adequacy of, procedures required to ensure regulatory compliance. Main AccountabilitiesAccountable for Regulatory Compliance OversightAccountable for CAMO Compliance policy and Procedure DevelopmentAccountable for Non-Conformance ManagementAccountable for Documentation and Record KeepingMain Responsibilities - TasksEstablish a Compliance Monitoring Programme that addresses all of the areas of Vueling CAMO Ensure regulatory changes are implemented. Ensure that the Compliance Monitoring System is effective in its application and any follow-up actions required addressing findings. Monitor all sub-contracted activities. Monitor compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M. Ensure establishment, revision, and distribution control of the CAME. Liaise and communication with the relevant competent authorities and aircraft manufacturers. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions. Generate periodic reports for senior management and Accountable Manager detailing compliance performance, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement. Perform training to FC, CC and CAMO personnel. Support CAMO in all the activities performed. Approve contracted and subcontracted activities by the CAMOPerform meeting with contracted and subcontracted maintenance organizationsMain RelationshipsInternal relations: CAMO / Safety External relations: AESA, AirbusEducationEngineering, Graduate or Aeronautical or Aerospace Technical Engineering or other qualification university in engineering (mechanics, electronics, electricity, etc. ) related to maintenance and/or continuous airworthiness. T. M. A. with a minimum of five years of aeronautical maintenance experience. In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems and AuditsFamiliar with AIR OPS and Part CAMO regulationsExperienceAt least 5 years of work experience, of which 3 years must be in the aeronautical industry in a comparable and appropriate position (continuing airworthiness management tasks, management or control tasks in a Part 145 organization, or Compliance / Quality tasks in a CAMO or 145 organization)CompetenciesRigorous and methodical person in his/her work. Results-oriented with a high level of autonomy and initiative. High organizational, planning and pressure management skills.
