Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will collaborate extensively with all the organization, partnering with our managers and teams to attract and retain, contributing to the ongoing success of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for Operations positions at multiple sites including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates and ensuring successful new hire starts.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and
- increase efficiency of Talent
- Work directly with HR Business Partner & hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview and selection approach
- Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring
- Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview processes
- Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department with the HRBP
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.

Preferred Qualifications
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience; experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries strongly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work and successfully multitask a variety of
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Applicant Tracking System experience, preferably Success
- Fluency in English
