About the RoleThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of social media channels for our clients. This includes community management, publishing, engagement, content calendar creation, asset planning and approvals, Sprinklr tool management and tagging, and real-time content ideation and trend tracking. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, copywriting, and real-time content creation. They should also be able to lead their work and responsibilities independently, manage multiple stakeholders effectively and collaborate with a diverse team. What You’ll DoManage social media channels for clients, priority channel is Instagram but could expand to others such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms. Help develop and execute social media strategies that align with global brand goals and Europe objectives. Create and maintain a content calendar that reflects the brand's voice and tone. Write engaging copy for social media posts, engage with our community for UGC and support our influencer teams on content and partnerships. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner. Use Sprinklr and content calendar tools to schedule and publish social media content. Manage client approvals and feedback. Work with platform insights and analytics team to track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly if needed. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, and share insights with the team and clients. What You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management. Native English language is a must. Proficiency in Sprinklr tool is a plus. Strong copywriting skills: understanding of social, quick witted and with a sense of humour. Experience ideating real-time content and spotting trends in social. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of content creation is a plus.
