This position is within the E&P Business in Performance E&P Division where we would like to reinforce our team with 3 positions based in Spain. This opportunity, offers global vision of the E&P business through the consolidation of business plans and Strategic Plans and the possibility of working remotely with several countries and in processes of a different nature: investment proposal, closing of reserves, impairment test.

Global Overview

E&P Planning Exce is composed by 3 areas: Global Planning, Investment Proposals and Inorganic/Specific Projects. The participation in Planning functions is coordinated by 3 coordinators and team is assigned to the BUs/Corporate requirements based on availability and capabilities, indistinctively. ExCe Team is a centralized organisation with remote team members located in different countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide Planning Services (investment proposal, economic analysis, reserves closing, impairment test, etc) to BUs under ExCe organisation: Economic analysis and evaluation of the investment and business development proposals, subsequent follow up and proper reporting to Business and Corporation Areas.
• Use of economic models in Anaplan, maintenance and improvement/update of the models
• Support economic validation in Quality events for project execution process (decision gates)
• Run economics for Exploration/Business Development ED: Support the analysis of business opportunities and asset projections.
• Run and consolidate business plan data in coordinarion with BUs and prepare the information necessary for their submission in collaboration with Portfolio team.
• Create and prepare information periodically (annual report, 20-F, Fact Book, Q&A, etc. ) in coordination with all other departments and Corporate Areas involved and carry out any necessary studies.
• Prepare and maintain databases and reports for management and other areas

Requisitions

• Financial or Engineer Degree
• At least 5 years experience in areas running economic analysis
• E&P Oil & Gas contract terms knowledge (not a must)
• Data Management skills: PowerQuery, BBDD, PowerbBI, etc. .
• Fluent in English
• Financial or Engineer Degree
