It Business/ System Analyst
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an IT Business/ System Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. JOB PROFILE- Work in the ITMS Customer Facing Excellence team with main responsibility of working as a systems analyst and subject matter expert, with particular focus on Medical Information systems (e. G. Envision)- Responsible for administration and support of Envision in line with capability strategy and GxP requirements. - Consulting and Analysis: As an SME, meet with business and IT stakeholders to understand and consult, define, assess, and deliver on demands (new functionality and system enhancements), related to the Medical Information capability. - Project Activities: Support projects activities, with focus on use case development, documentation, requirement assessment, and testing. - Technical Focus: Serve as an expert on existing applications/system functionality and underlying architecture with specific focus on Envision. - Documentation: Determine documentation requirements and produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities, including documentation related to system, processes, training, and knowledge article. - Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues (e. G. level 2 and 3 support for tickets, problems, and issues related to assigned systems). Perform technical and process SME tasks including identifying system improvement related to daily operations, executing data analyst activities, and executing testing tasks. This includes support and resolution of complex technical topics, in particular topics related to data transformation and integration across systems. Proactively explore and implement system and process improvements. Leverage technical knowledge (Salesforce, SaaS solutions, SQL) to run, maintain, and improve applications. - Complete training and develop deep knowledge to act as System Lead Delegate and Delegate Interface Owner. SKILLS:- Ability to engage with and facilitate discussions across multiple IT and business stakeholders to gather, assess, and implement requirements. - Experience in a system support role and with managing system incidents/tickets in IT service management systems (e. G. , ServiceNow). ITIL knowledge especially Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change management processes is preferred. - Ability to develop in-depth functional knowledge of related platforms and BI architecture- Experience with SaaS solutions as well as applications built on the Salesforce. Com platform- Experience with processes related to Medical Information and GxP systems preferred- Experience with database query language (Oracle/Microsoft SQL) as well as experience with Excel for use in data analysis/data quality checks is preferred. - Excellent attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive, a can do attitude - Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with ability to collaborate with team members and cross functionally. - Demonstrates stakeholder and vendor management skills- Fluent English (written and oral) is a mustEXPERIENCE- 5+ years experience in IT projects working in roles of System/Business Analyst and System SME; experience with SaaS solutions is a plus. - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred. - Experience working with business teams and translating business requirements into technical design- Fluent language skills in English (written and spoken) are a must.
