What is our proposal?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to join our team. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our interactions with customers across various channels. You will lead a team to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through effective CRM initiatives.
Which will be your main responsibilities?
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with company goals to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Customer Segmentation: Utilize data analysis and segmentation techniques to identify and target key customer segments, tailoring communication and marketing efforts accordingly
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and optimize customer journey maps to understand customer touchpoints and drive personalized interactions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Communication Planning: Oversee the planning, creation and optimization of all communications across the customer lifecycle, including triggered campaigns and highly personalized communications
- CRM Technology Management: Lead the seamless implementation and ongoing optimization of our CRM platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using tools like Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and others.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives across the organization
- Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, and to identify areas for improvement
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a highly talented team of CRM professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment
- Proven experience 5+ in CRM management, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing CRM strategies in a complex organization
- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and proficiency in data analytics tools (e. g. Looker)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
