Project Manager – Media Effectiveness
As a Media Effectiveness Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Your projects may cut across time zones, clients, and technologies and it is your job to keep track of all the moving parts, bring people together across multiple teams and communicate with junior and senior stakeholders. If you thrive in high-energy environments and if you love the idea of working across many business function with visibility to our Product Leaders, you would be a great fit for our team!RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the end-to-end execution of program deliverables and tracking of program healthDefine and track program milestones, timelines, and deployment plansAct as the face of the program and communicate progress to upper management and stakeholdersAct as liaison for all facets of the program and pull people together to make decisions (Product, Technology, Modeling, Consulting, Commercial, Marketing) throughout the projectFacilitate cross-team prioritization in order to create release plans and continue to manage throughout the program lifecycleEnsure business objectives are clearly defined and that the program meets themManage program scope (demand intake, documentation, change control, communication)Adhere to standard program management processes, best practices, and tools to the organization, including architecture, cybersecurity, and qualityFacilitate conversations to ensure Cross Functional Team Dependencies are tracked, identifying gaps, and mitigating or escalating risksTrack and communicate program objectives and progress (Program Status, Initiative level Jira Boards, and Project Plans)Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings, execute release level retrospectivesTrack and ensure prompt resolution of issuesCommunicate agile team metrics & drive complianceExecute production and commercial readiness (Sign-offs, Documentation and Rollout Plans and Execution)Track and report on program financials, including resource planningQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years in program and project management or similar role running large projects in operations, technology or engineeringPractical experience with agile techniques and methodologiesSuperior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and culturesComfort working with senior-level management and virtual teamsAbility to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedulesStrong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independentlyExperience configuring and using Jira or similar project tracking softwarePreferred: data warehousing, cloud experienceEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related fieldAdditional InformationAbout NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
