Project Development Specialist
WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Project Development Specialist for its client based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

This is for direct hiring and for a full-time role.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Civil Engineering
• With at least 2 years experience in project development in housing
• Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
• Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Knowledge in Real Estate and affordable housing a plus
• Must have good people skills and good management skills to handle tasks, timelines, and suppliers
• Must be able to work well with other departments
• Must be organized, detail oriented, meets deadlines, and resourceful to find solutions to problems
Duties:
• Prepare and update Estimated Land Development Costs
• Prepare, update, and coordinate PD checklist
• Coordinate with Permits & Licensing on all required permits and documentation and provide these if necessary/applicable
• Prepare project narratives
• Uploading of documents to the existing ERP
• Provide assistance to team members in the department if needed.
• Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.
