Partnerships Manager

As a professional software company specializing in last mile solutions, the company provides technical services for leading companies to optimize their operations.
Due to our current focus on international expansion, we are looking for a Channel Manager who lead our partnership strategy and enhance our growth in this new revenue stream.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy definition and structuration of a competitive offering for Partners into the company, including resellers, business partners and ISVs.
- Build and execute a go-to-market plan to drive sales and revenue growth within the current partners' ecosystem.
- Identify and onboard key partners for each market that the company is currently working on
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to adjust channel strategy accordingly.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services through channel partners, including training and support.
- Analyze channel performance and provide regular reports and feedback to management.
- Be up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and partner training programs.
- Attend trade shows and other events to build long-term relationships with potential and existing partners.
Profile:
- The top candidate has 2-4 years of experience and a proven track record of success managing channels in the enterprise software industry.
- Having a strong understanding of the software market and the technology industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with C-level in Spanish and English is essential.
- Also, data-driven mindset to support effective sales behavior, leadership skills and working collaboratively with other teams are required.
- Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be proactive, working autonomously and determined to turn ideas into reality.
- Ideally, having experience with Hubspot or other CRM software is a plus.
