Your profile
- 2-5 years B2B sales and account management work experience
- Full fluency inGerman(written and spoken) + Advanced English level
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a can-do mindset
- A proven track record of achieving/exceeding individual targets consistently in a sales environment
- An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination
- A keenly developed competitive nature, mature personality and a strong team approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tons of curiosity, energy, passion, and enthusiasm
- Real estate experience is a plus
- City and real estate market knowledge as you will need to offer valuable insights and be perceived as a local advisor who truly impacts the landlord experience
Your mission
- Be the person responsible for the P&L of the most relevant Landlords of the city portfolio.
- Be an expert at presenting how Spotahome helps landlords and property managers generate great utilisation of their property on the mid and long term markets
- Work with landlords to maximize their occupation, optimizing prices and conditions to capture demand, ensuring all accounts are engaged, listings and calendars up to date.
- Ensure a good ratio of bookings acceptance and low cancellation rates, and act in case of underperformance.
- Leverage prospecting and relationship-building skills to attract investors, property managers, Real estate companies to work with Spotahome.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
- Partner with onboarding teams to smoothly bring the partners online
- Act as an ambassador of Spotahome’s mission, brand, and product
- Continuously propose improvement opportunities to better work with key accounts and to capture higher growth potential in the market
- Work in close collaboration with the Central Operations teams
