Job Description:Strictly implement SOP, ensure acceptance, storage, distribution and other processes and the SAP system to operate normally according to GMP requirements, and keep the account card content consistent. 严格执行SOP，确保验收、贮存、发放等流程和SAP系统按照GMP的要求正常运行, 保持帐卡物一致。Ensure all materials and finished products of the warehouse are arranged according to requirements and areas. 仓库所有物料和产成品按要求和区域摆放。Responsible for the analysis of monthly materials check and daily inspection results, and report to superior. 负责对每月的物料盘点和日常巡检的结果进行分析，并汇报上级领导。Responsible for following up acceptance and disbursement progress every day, docking with the merchandiser, and strictly controlling the inventory. 跟进每天验收和发料进度，做好与跟单员的对接工作，严格控制库存。Coordinate measuring arrangement and warehouse equipment validation work. 负责协调仓库设备的计量安排和仓库的验证工作。Assist EHS department in completing pest and security work. 协助EHS部门完成防虫害和安全的工作。 Responsible for the project follow-up of the department of warehouse. 负责仓库的项目跟进。Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor. 完成上级安排的其他工作。 Qualification Required:College degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, biology or logistics management preferred. 专科或以上学历，药学，生物学或物流管理专业优先 Possession of a forklift driver's license is preferred. 持有叉车驾驶员上岗证的优先考虑Warehouse management experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics manufacturing company is preferred. 有医药、食品、化妆品等制造企业仓库管理工作经验优先考虑。Familiar with GMP requirements is preferred. 熟悉GMP相关要求优先考虑。Familiar with warehouse ERP software. 熟悉仓库ERP软件 Follow Us on !
