UX/Service Design Specialist

As a UX/Service Designer at Stefanini you will drive co-creation and help our customers to navigate complex business goals, generating innovative solutions and actionable plans for addressing them, wherever they are in the digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for:Defining the scope and taking initiative in creating experience, service and product design projects, choosing the most appropriate design methods and practices to use;Applying design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points;Conducting user research, like interviews and focus groups;Planning, facilitating and synthesizing workshops and design sprints – physically and virtually;Developing human-centred design as discipline and practice on a global scale;Collaborating to create and promote design solutions for a diverse range of industries;Help identify frameworks and tools best suited for the project’s needs both in the delivery of insight, analysis, but that are also measurable through time in the front and back office of the service experience;Be able to collaborate in the analysis and mapping of existing ecosystems and processes from the client organizations;Create engaging storytelling for presentations and projects, assisting in communicating well with clients and prospects;Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team members and clients;Participate in the designing of systemic interventions in complex, multi-partner ecosystems;Champion visual frameworks – like journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps – that help bring clarity to complex challenges in human behaviours, relationships, workflow and processes, and drive decision making;Aid in aligning multiple stakeholders, whether clients, third-party or larger ecosystem players. We want you to have: 3-5 years of professional service design experience (although you might had a different job title, like “strategic designer” or “ux researcher”);Developed design skills;Presentation and storytelling abilities;Applying human-centred design processes while working collaboratively with customers and multidisciplinary teams;Conducting interviews, shadowing, focus groups, and facilitating workshops online and offline;Taking thorough notes of observations and insights;Qualitative analysis and reporting on research, co-creation session, and design thinking activities;Able to manage, use and implement mapping of personas, journeys, blueprints, and other service design tools;Experience in translating insights into designs for development;Able to take ownership and lead aspects of projects or small projects on their own;Presenting ideas and working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members;Experience in agile environments and work style;Have good organizational skills. And you can set yourself apart if you have experience with:An academic degree in Service Design or a related design or business discipline;Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer;Participated of digital transformation projects and digital transformation strategy;Quantitative research and data analysis;Some experience in trend research and future lab projects;Proficiency in a second/third language.
