As a Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will:

1. Define and drive strategic projects across the Private Label Solutions (PLS) organization and play a crucial role in evolving our business.
2. Identify and evaluate key strategic trends, opportunities, and risks, with particular focus on growing the PLS business.
3. Support the annual planning process and operationalize the plan by working with internal and external partners by gaining their consensus and active support.
4. Work directly with senior leadership across PLS and Expedia Group to drive decision-making and alignment.
5. Independently identify and frame opportunities in a structured, data-driven way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs.
6. Act as a change agent for ongoing innovations and efficiencies.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to inspire change in the business by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization.

Examples of initiatives include:

1. Identifying and launching new products or business models.
2. Developing pricing and go-to-market strategies.
3. Enhancing sales and operational effectiveness.
4. Investing in supply and demand.
5. Managing post-merger integrations of teams, among others.

Who you are:

1. 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or similar role in a leading technology company; MBA is a plus.
2. A visionary with the ability to execute on end-to-end deliverables.
3. Experienced in leading, running, and mobilizing multiple stakeholders (including top executives) and balancing multiple demands in a multifaceted fast-paced environment.
4. Ambitious, self-aware, and able to drive success while working autonomously.
5. Excellent problem solver with the ability to synthesize and present complex concepts to both executive leadership and operational teams.
6. Bias to action - with an appetite for driving business impact/execution.
7. International experience and/or experience in online businesses or in the travel industry is preferred.
