AMS is currently looking for people to join our new Trainee Recruiter Programme where you will embark on a 6-week training programme to equip you with all the skills that you need to ensure you become a successful Recruiter, plus another 6 weeks of on the job trainings. Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will support our workforce agility and join a client account to help deliver critical hiring needs across that business. Then AMS want to hear from you!Key AccountabilitiesThe Role We’ll provide you with 6 weeks of intensive training followed by 6 weeks of on the job training, which will cover what it takes to become a successful Recruiter, including: How to develop a good understanding of client needs, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Essentially, what makes a successful hire and how we can ensure our clients continue to grow successfully. Learn the processes you will need to guarantee recruitment delivery for our clients. No two clients are the same and our commitment to delivering excellence means we need adaptable and agile thinkers. How to use a candidate database to match the right person to the client's vacancy. You’ll use many tools as a Recruiter and knowing how to attract and engage talent is an essential skill. Receiving and reviewing applications, creating a shortlist of suitable candidates and presenting them to the client. Managing interviews and assessments. There’s a lot of planning that goes into what you’ll do, so it’s important to be forward thinking in order to coordinate the process effectively. Ensuring that candidates are all engaged and onboarded correctly and within the agreed time frames. For our clients and candidates with whom we partner, providing a best in class experience is vital and Recruiters play a crucial role in making this happen. You’ll need to demonstrate: a strong desire to work in the recruitment industry, fluency in English and other European language, the ability to work through problems and challenges in a practical and logical way, resilience and adaptability, a track record of working well in a team-based environment, a minimum of 12 months’ commercial experience ideally gained in a customer facing role, that you have access to stable and secure Internet connection to support home working, competency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and the use of other technologies, availability to start on 1st of July 2022 and commit to full attendance for the 6-week training programme.
