We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies). We are looking for a Business Manager for our new Furniture Solutions department based in Madrid (Spain). Role / Mission Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions Department Director as well as providing matrix report to our local Managing Director, you will: • Advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions • Develop sales activities whilst expending your professional network • Create sales offers and financial follow-ups • Look after the coordination of each project working together with assitants, the logistics department as well as other departments of the JLL / Tétris group • Monitor furniture installations Required qualities • Solid experience in professional furniture distribution • A strong culture of design and 360 ° space layouts • A keen sense of business and customer satisfaction • Team spirit • Organisational skills • Dynamism • Flexibility Required skills • Perfect knowledge of the Office pack. • Good level of English • Driving license Every customer is different and we will therefore encourage you to show your ingenuity in terms of design & layout according to our customers’ expectations. #LI-LM1T JLL Privacy Notice Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
