Your Profile
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Empathy and a passion for helping others
Ability to make balanced decisions and advocate for our community
Knowledgeable about online platforms and community standards
Cultural awareness and understanding of political/social situations in the Spanish-speaking market
Minimum of 1-year prior operations experience in a shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment, or comparable service/process management environment
Proficiency in English and Spanish, meeting agreed-upon language test scores
Further education or college degree is desirable
Your Responsibilities
Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards
Make well-balanced decisions and be an effective advocate for our community
Investigate and resolve issues reported by users, such as requests for account support and reports of abusive content
Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Utilize market-specific knowledge to identify scalable solutions for community support
Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to improve user experience
Enforce our Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to the global team
