LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profileUniversity degree in information technology or a related subjectExperience as a product manager with cross-industry and lifecycle product expertiseBusiness acumen in functional areas (e. g. , sales, marketing, finance)Understanding of the ITIL framework and familiarity with data integration frameworks and toolsExtensive knowledge of common product/service management tools and knowledge of target audiencesExperience with business intelligence tools (e. g. Tableau, SAC) and experience in an industry related environment (e. g. energy sector)Excellent writing and communication skills in English, knowledge of German or knowledge of another language is an advantageStrong customer focus and excellent communication skills, as well as exceptional leadership and coaching skills to collaborate and develop technical talent in multicultural, global teamsOpen-minded and willing to learn and continuously improve your skillsEnthusiastic about data and analytics and leveraging data across all aspects of a business and ecosystem Your responsibilitiesAutonomous oversight on our product/service and its lifecycle in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and value of the product/serviceCreate and manage roadmaps for our product/service offeringsConduct benefit analysis for our products/services and effectively monitor productsCollaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers and analysts to validate your hypothesesEnsure compliance and support establishment of our product/service management methods and tools at SEPromote and provide detailed analysis of processes, quality and performance data using statistical tools Implement best practices to investigate and resolve recurring issues with applications/systems to determine root cause and corrective actionsYou will negotiate with other service/product managers to share the cost of infrastructure components or services shared by multiple servicesDevelop and monitor KPIs / metrics to optimize data qualityDocument and present methodologies, procedures, and project deliverables to senior stakeholders in various functionsIdentify latest technologies and latest trends in the data quality spaceLeading a team and supporting team members to reach their full potentialParticipate in an inspiring team of true thought leaders and data science experts within our global team LET’S TALK ABOUT US"Let’s make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
