SWP, C&B + Mobility Coordinator

-Manage Promotions, VC payments and Salary Increase implementation as well as assist in all local hires.
-Alongside the Total Rewards Team, review and implement different Compensation and Benefit Packages according to internal policies (pension plans, health care, life insurance, executive allowance, spouse support, etc. )
-Collaborate with other entities in the preparation of assignment cost estimates and transfers.
-HC and LC forecast preparation to ensure BP guidelines are met.
-Provide to payroll and tax advisors with all the information to ensure compliance with employees' Tax declarations and Tax equalization processes.
-Manage and guide employees throughout the expatriation life cycle.
-Coordinate all mobility aspects with Immigration, Social Security, Tax and Relocation providers
Work together with HRBP and Talent Managers during the duration of the Foreign Service and Rotational programs.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
-Graduate in Business, HR, Law, or Industrial Relationship preferably.
-Experience in Human Resources department.
- Local labour law knowledge is a must.
-High internal customer service orientation.
-Positive approach: can do attitude and team player.
-Keen to learn.
-Specific Technical Skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience/knowledge of Workday, Meta 4, Service Now is a plus.
-Languages: English and Spanish fluent
