As a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager, you will serve as the primary operational contact for customers, overseeing service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Your responsibilities- Serve as the operational focal point for all project-related issues, acting as the primary contact for customers.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
- Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
- Manage customer expectations throughout project transitions and ensure a seamless transition into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their engagement with the service.
- Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
- Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Spanish would be a strong plus.
