As a Social media manager, you are a social-media-savvy professional, you are up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and everything happening in popular culture. You have your finger on the pulse and know how to build a real and authentic connection between people and our brand on social media platforms. You should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of how to be a community manager on all social platforms. You should have extensive experience in social media strategy creation, content creation and execution and asset management.
You also know which monitoring tools to use to gather and report on key insights, learnings. You are a people person with a positive and fun attitude and have the ability to organise and influence people within & outside the organisation.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- You will lead Wallbox overall social media strategy and execution
- You will be responsible for planning and goal setting across all Social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc)
- You will develop social media strategies and a content calendar that is based on our marketing and brand strategy and key audience insights and ensure they deliver against our social KPIs
- Write comprehensive social briefs for big idea creation and/ or specific campaigns to create social content and experiences
- You will partner with strategy, creative team, and agencies both internal and external to create and publish breakthrough content work that builds strong emotional connections between our brand and fans
- You will identify and cultivate new opportunities on social platforms that not only give Wallbox a unique and differentiated edge but also make it the brand that people want to know more about
- Manage our community on a daily basis and ensure we are on top of all interactions and responding timeously
- Ensure the final deliverables and outcomes are consistent with the brief timeline, strategy, brand, and creative goals
- You will be responsible for showing the measurable benefits of our social efforts, compiling data, and presenting results internally
**Requirements**:
You are a good fit for this position if you:
- You have 5+ years of proven social media expertise
- You are fluent in social creative testing and measurement methodologies
- You have a deep understanding of emerging social media trends, best practices, tools and platforms.
- You are in touch with evolving cultural trends and have ability to guide Wallbox on when and how to be involved
- You have hands-on experience with social listening, community management, and measurement tools.
- You are fluent in English
