Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath Blue Prism and Power Platform. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts. Proficiency in Spanish is required. Experience in Cards and Payments is a plus. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath Blue Prism and Power Platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects.
3. Design, test, and deploy scalable and efficient automation workflows.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions.
5. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all automation projects.
6. Document all phases of the automation development lifecycle.
7. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
8. Optimize existing automation processes for improved performance and efficiency.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
10. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
11. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
12. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project status.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Qualifications

1. Possess a strong background in UiPath Blue Prism and Power Platform.
2. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain (nice to have).
4. Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish.
5. Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Display a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
