Job Overview

• Daily purchasing of beauty products in physical stores
• Daily delivering the purchased products to the Warehouse in Barcelona
• Reporting the purchased orders in the Google Sheets spreadsheet
• Collecting purchasing invoices and reporting them to the Finance team
• Managing returns of products to the stores when needed
• Building up long lasting business relationships with the salespeople in the store in order to secure regular purchasing volumes
• Organizing distant shipment of orders to Barcelona Warehouse when needed
• Communicating with couriers in case of distant shipment of orders
• Ensure the products security and quality

Minimum Requirements

• A driving license category B
• Own vehicle for products transportation
• Quick learner, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as a team, someone that can be trusted and relied on
• Love for accuracy and a high level of attention to details, active and decisive
• Computer literacy: knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel is a must
• Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish
• Knowledge of English basic or intermediate

For this role, availability to start immediately is crucial
