Your mission:In this role you will be a member of our R&D team and you will work closely with other Regulatory Affairs associates in Sector Europe. You would provide expert Regulatory Affairs partnership to the Iberia business, helping to ensure compliance with food regulations, supporting innovation and advancing in digitization. Together with the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will ensure regulatory standards are in place at our important manufacturing plants at Burgos, Echavarri, Carregado, and Murcia, to support local innovation agenda, and advance in digitization. Your day to day with us: Expert resource for the business on EU/Iberia food regulations and their application for all PepsiCo products manufactured or sold in Iberia and export countries. Provide/Roll out guidance and training to the Iberia business relating to regulatory requirementsAct as Iberia expert on ingredients in Foods & Beverages portfolioAct as Iberia expert in applying regulations to products manufacture and health claimsPartner to ensure compliance with all aspects of Iberia food legislation including those relating to manufacture, composition, labelling and advertising. Provide comprehensive partnership/support to innovation/NPD (new product development) projectsMonitor Iberia regulatory changesWork with others in the Regulatory team to develop positions and respond to Iberia and EU regulatory developments Qualifications/Requirements What will you need to succeed? : Excellent command of Spanish and Portuguese (must be able to read, understand and apply regulations and use nuanced language for product claims)Excellent command of EnglishProven track record (minimum 1 year experience) in Regulatory Affairs, preferably gained within the Food Industry.
