We are looking for an HR Talent Generalist to work in the Talent Department in Headquarters.
Purpose of the Position:
Inside the Human Resources department of Volotea and reporting to the Talent Manager, the candidate will be working 50% of the time on the Headquarters Recruitment processes and the other 50% of the time in On-boarding, development, training and culture activities and projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment process management: posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screen applicants, conduct interviews, advise on selection and offers, ask for references for final candidates, extend and negotiate offers, and perform all administrative components involved in the hiring process
Manage the onboarding process of the new hiring
Manage talent projects such as Employer Branding events, Recruitment 2. 0, Job boards, Open House and strategic partnership with Business Schools.
Develop and follow up talent projects development actions and retention programs for the different employees in the organization.
Implement the Performance Assessment plans for employees (including goals setting)
Work on the Employee satisfaction survey and develop with the different areas the action plan.
Ensure the right establishment of the Talent Management and retention programs.
Deploy the training plan and organize the training courses.
Be involved in all the equality actions in the company
Minimum 5 years working as HR Talent Generalist or HRBP, preferable in complex and multicultural environments.
