Utopia is an online magazine focused on sustainability and eco-friendly lifestyle. For over a decade we have been providing news, guides, and inspiration to millions of German readers.

Now we are reaching out to English-speaking audiences in North America. Our website Utopia. org features the same kind of diverse content created to help readers live life more sustainably - but with a focus on the specific interests of an American audience.

We are looking for students who are interested in a freelance position and:

1. Are native speakers or of comparable skill level (ideally American English).
2. Ideally have some experience writing in English and creating original content.
3. Feel they can assess which topics are relevant to the US audience.
4. Have basic research skills and know how to assess sources.
5. Are interested in topics connected to sustainability.
6. Are interested in working with us on a long-term basis.
7. Are willing and able to provide a minimum of 8-10 articles/month.
8. Are legally able to do freelance work.
