PROJECT MANAGER LAND TRANSPORT
Responsibilities: Project planning, scope definition, sponsor sign-off and initiation. Project management of the required activities for the implementation of services / tools / capabilities / processes in scope for the project. Project schedule and resource management. Management of project risks and mitigation strategies. Regular project status reporting and communication to stakeholders and sponsors, incl. executive management communication. Identify, explore and develop new opportunities for growth and innovation within or around the project. Drives projects applying specific PM methodologies. Leads a cross-functional team. Ensures timely project completion & expected benefits are met. Understand our customers, market, and business to influence organization strategy and decisions. Establish/determine the metrics required to measure success of project and recommend the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Logistics Min 6 years of experience in the management of projects in a environment of logistics, TMS, WMS, etc. . . Natural leader with excellent communication and motivational skills Dynamic problem solver with drive, determination to deliver challenging projects. Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization. Strong language skills in English and Spanish. Willingness to travel.
