How to contribute to our vision Act as an 8D leader inside ON TE Platform, lead specific 8Ds related to product and/or under ON TE ownership. Conduct 8D review meeting identifying problem solving actions and activities for reaching 8D conclusions in accordance with 8D methodology and non-conformity management (NCM) procedure. Contribute to monthly analysis of ON TE 8Ds at each reporting period. Follow up and ensure 8D’s are continually updated in line with procedural and reporting requirements as well as documenting into tool. Follow up and tracking 8D’s Containment & Corrective & Preventive actions with stakeholders. Use data and predictive analytics to proactively identify and permanently mitigate risks to avoid & remove Non-Conformance Costs. Support reviews with Management of monthly 8D’s committee and/or NCC Board Meeting. If required, represent ON TE Platform in Global NCC/NCM Board or other relevant forums in this regard. If required, support other Quality management status meeting and reporting. Ensure alignment with related relevant stakeholders. Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… Experience with Eight Disciplines Problem Solving Methodology 3-5 years of experience in a similar job Strong service mindset and performance orientation. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a culturally diverse environment.
