Although we are a remote-work friendly organisation, we have offices in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and now we are opening a new workplace in Barcelona, a city that is attractive for its innovation, technological talent and high-quality of life!About the role: The Paid Media Specialist role is responsible for leading the strategy of high-impact inbound demand generation, executing campaigns that generate measurable results and coming up with creative new approaches to bring in new business to Cambri. This role will work alongside the Marketing team and the external paid traffic agency to help advance our growth agenda. Based in our Marketing Hub in Barcelona, the Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for all inbound demand generation activities related to creating qualified opportunities in the company's target markets and prioritized prospect list. He/She will oversee the development of value messaging, implementation of paid campaigns and nurturing processes that increase MQL volumes which convert into SQLs and ultimately drive new revenue. Responsibilities:Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns to drive business growth in our EU and UK target markets. Design data-driven strategies to improve our inbound conversion metrics. Create impactful B2B campaigns for all stages of the marketing/sales funnel, to drive awareness, Leads, MQLs, among other metrics, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy, and more. Collaborate with the Content Lead and across the business to develop high-impact value messaging that is compelling and generates interest within our targeted personasUtilize marketing automation tools and systems to successfully convert prospected leads into new sales opportunities. Oversee the production of campaigns, partnering with internal and agency resources. Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to optimise social media performance (A/B testing, optimisation, budget management). Improve the discoverability, and promotion of thought leadership and lead-gen content, synchronising efforts across search engines, social networks, and 3rd party websites, among other sources. Support the design and execution of early-stage Account-Based Marketing tactics to convert high-value targeted accounts. Provide reporting, actively monitor and analyse the health of marketing campaigns and the contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion ratios, campaign ROI. Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and prioritiesRequirements:Reporting to the CMO, successful candidates will possess:At least 3-5 years of hands-on SEM/SEA/PPC specialist experience in a SaaS or B2B Software organization. Experience in automated outbound/lifecycle marketing. Excellent English written and oral communication. A second European language is highly valued. Proven experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio). Previous experience working with Hubspot Marketing Hub. Proven track record and expertise in digital marketing, including ICPs/personas, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting. Strong analytical skills to test, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness. Strong project management skills, self-motivation and resourcefulness in driving projects forward. Ability to be a team player and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across multiple geographies and cultures, as well as external contractors and agencies.
