The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading European Solar Investment platform looking for an Operations Director to play a pivotal role in consolidating their new brand in Spain. Responsibilities:Implement and improve operational strategies and processes that align with the company's growth objectives. Manage installations of solar PV projects (Industrial Self-Consumption), including engineering, procurement, and project management. Involved in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the company's standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Have the opportunity to build and lead your own operations team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive the success of the business. Ability to travel as required. Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Spanish solar PV Self-consumption industry. In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV installations, electrical systems, and construction processes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with CRM systems and other IT tools used in project management and operations. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Language skills: professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
