Location: Madrid
*Purpose of the Job:
Implement and Manage Obsolescence for all the projects of the Regional Center, during Design & Build and Operation & Maintenance phases.

Services Platform, Maintenance, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Tender, ILS, Project Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Finance.
*Performance Measurement
KPI 1: Strategic inventory level
KPI 2: Obsolescence Alerts closed in due time
KPI 3: Obsolescence Management Plan status
*Responsibilities
Ensure the Suppliers obsolescence chart implementation in coordination with:
- Sourcing
Check the Project Obsolescence Plans, ensure consistency and application.
Manage Obsolescence issues and define action plans in coordination with:
- Design Authority (for all the solutions implemented in the Regional Center)
- Projects & programs.
Ensure the monitoring reporting implementation in coordination with:
- Supply Chain (PrIDM)
- Sourcing
- Obsolescence Platform - CCSS (Central Component Shared Service)
Organize and Lead the Local Obsolescence Steering Committee (Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Process Correspondent) for Obsolescence Treatment
Participate to the Central Obsolescence Steering Committee (Services ADM Platorm - Operational Performance) for Obsolescence strategy follow-up
Key User for TOMSYS (Transport Obsolescence Management SYStem) tool
*Specific Technical Knowledge
At least 5 years of experience in Management related to Services and/or Engineering activities with the transport sector.
Basic knowledge about electrical and electronic component technology
Analytical skills, Teamwork, Accountability, Accuracy, Sense of urgency.
*Other requirements
- Driving license B1
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus
