Your Profile
Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian, with strong English proficiency.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform data entry efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build supportive relationships with colleagues and management.
Problem Solver: Strong research skills to resolve customer problems and provide feedback on emerging issues.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to end-user requests through calls, emails, and chat, maintaining solid customer relationships.
Data Management: Log calls into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures.
Case Tracking: Ensure cases are tracked and closed efficiently and timely.
Professionalism: Maintain a strong professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at all times.
Procedure Compliance: Follow contact centre procedures, including call handling and AUX code guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Develop effective relationships with colleagues and provide feedback on issues and improvements.
Quality Improvement: Be positive and proactive in improving quality and adapting to feedback.
Confidentiality: Adhere to regulations regarding personal data confidentiality.
Benefits
Training: Comprehensive training in English for 15 working days, conducted remotely.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 21:00, with 8-hour shifts in rotation.
Remote Work: Both training and working will be from home, with equipment provided.
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses up to €200 based on performance.
Holiday Pay: Extra pay for Greek holidays and overtime work.
Annual Bonuses: Three extra bonuses per year: Christmas (one full salary), Easter (half a salary), and Vacation (half a salary).
