A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior experienced marketer to drive the implementation of the strategy of a promising product for Psoriasis treatment in Spain & Portugal. The purpose of the role is to design and lead a new product launch strategy as well as to coordinate the cross-functional activities related to the product.

As part of the Innovative Medicines team reporting to Business Unit Director, the Marketing Lead Dermatology will:
Prepare the Brand launch strategy and activities
Optimize commercial performance in Spain & Portugal through best in class Brand plans
Drive customer insights related to Psoriasis treaters and stakeholders
Co-Lead with the Medical & Access Leads the input into the regional strategy
Drive development and execution of the Brand plan and the strategic imperatives
Ensure digital strategy will be implemented as part of the Brand plan
Manage the development and delivery of non-promotional and promotional campaigns aligned to positioning and country needs
Be responsible for the A&P budget related to the brand
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate the following criteria:
Business or scientific degree
Product management experience (minimum 4 years), preferably in a large market
Experience in leading the launch of a specialty product, preferably in Dermatology
Understanding of the requirements of a specialty market
Experience in working in a matrix environment and leading a local team/cross- functional project.
Understanding of the principles of market access
Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written. Portuguese will be a plus
Positive thinking, hands-on attitude, ability to work independently
Willingness/ability to travel.
Experience in Dermatology marketing. Expertise in Psoriasis will be valued.
Management experience in line and matrix capacity
European/regional marketing/project experience
Proven abilities to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
MBA, or Master´s degree in Marketing
This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to launch a new brand and enter the Dermatology business in Spain & Portugal; exposure to the Global brand team through direct involvement in key projects; the possibility to enhance management / leadership skills with indirect reports; an opportunity to further develop project management experience. He/she will gain thorough understanding of cross-functional and cross-regional processes and will play a critical role in the enlargement of the Immunology platform in BMS.
