Position: Logistics Operations Support

As a Logistics Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Track and trace loads and update their status in the systems (loadboards, portals, and TMS), ensuring updates are accurate and timely while responding to inbound and outbound calls, SMS, or email.
2. Provide accurate information and updates regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and any related concerns.
3. Respond to customer and carrier emails promptly and professionally.
4. Conduct activity mapping exercises to optimize processes for Tech-enabled Talent.
5. Provide support in defining activities for our Flex program initiatives.
