Qualifyze Legal team is a young team of three legal generalists, focusing on contract creation and review, advising our different internal teams on very diverse topics and gradually building a compliance framework.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Legal team is looking for a Junior Legal Advisor to join our team and offer legal support to different departments and teams in the company, in liaison and coordination with our legal advisors as needed.
- You will be responsible for legal document review, primarily focused on, but not limited to, CDAs and Framework Agreements with our customers.
- You will provide legal advice on diverse legal topics, such as contract law and corporate law, to different teams.
- You will co- build the compliance framework of a fast-growing Start-Up.
- You will create legal templates for the changing needs of the company.
- You will participate in the creation of company processes.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, preferably from a European university
- 1-2+ years of experience in in-house legal departments or law firms (start-up scaling experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Responsible and trustworthy. Able to take ownership of daily tasks, but not afraid to ask questions when there are doubts.
- Able to adapt to fluctuations in workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, proactivity, and creativity
- Customer service orientation - you love to solve people’s problems and help
- Great communication skills.
- Fluency in English, in both verbal and written communication. German or Spanish are a plus.
- You are passionate about continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in this space
- Fundamental Knowledge of European commercial law.
