Your Profile
Native/Near-native proficiency in Dutch and Greek
Strong command of English
Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Your Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
Ask probing questions to identify technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Benefits
Salary:
Dutch: Remote €1250, Hybrid €1350
Greek: €850
10% monthly performance bonus

Fixed working hours for mothers with children up to 2 years old
Daily cash bonus at Mastercard:
First year (0-12 months): €3 net per working day
After 12 months: €6 net per working day
Working Hours
Dutch:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00
Greek:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:00
Location
Work from office with potential WFH approval to be determined.
Training
2-week training period: 09:00 - 17:00
