Your Responsibilities
Community support
Respond to user requests with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Use market-specific knowledge to identify and propose scalable solutions to improve community care
Troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content
Enforce our Terms of Use by closely monitoring reports of abuse
Use of data
Collect, analyze, and use relevant data to improve the overall user experience
Recognize trends and patterns and report issues outside of company policy to the global team
Quality assurance.
Review reported content within agreed timelines and maintain high quality standards
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements
Benefits
Competitive salary: €1045. 72 + productivity bonus
Housing bonus: 150€ for 2 months for hires in July/August period
