We are looking for an outstanding hands-on Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team in our Madrid HQ Office and lead the management accounting of all our new opening markets in EMEA. The role will support and manage the accounting and reporting processes in the region, and also assist the day to day business operations to allow for effective flow of information and improved processes. As a fast-paced business, there will be opportunities to get involved in other projects, systems implementations, and business improvements. Responsibilities Supervise and validate budgets and forecasts for all countries in the EMEA region. Prepare analysis and justifications for current financial results, forecasts, and deviations vs plan. Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports and analysis for the region. Support the division with legal and tax aspects by coordinating with internal or external teams. Support local teams in hiring process to build strong finance teams in each of our countries. Fully understand your stakeholders and make recommendations for P&L optimization and unit economics during periodic reviews. Document and standardize finance and accounting processes throughout the region. Support implementation of accounting and reporting tools throughout the region. Experience 5+ years of FP&A / audit / controlling experience. A strong technical knowledge of accounting and IFRS issues. Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes multiple projects, meets all deadlines, and is dependable with a sense of personal responsibility for quality work product. Detail oriented, results oriented. Ability to work effectively as part of a teamCommitment to process improvement and exceptional attention to detailAdaptable to changing priorities with a commitment to ethical responsibilities Skills Highly analytical Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multitask Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients Accuracy and attention to detail Proficient using Microsoft Office or G-suite is a MUST Fluency in English is essential.
