Main Responsibilities Consulting in reorganization and strategic employee questions (change management)Managing of a regularly performance management based on defined key figuresDefining measures based on key figures / reports (turn over, exit interviews, etc. )Controlling of bonus systems and target agreementsImplementing and managing personnel development tools (provided from the German HR development team) Checking the results of the employee satisfaction index and define measures together with board and managers Implementation and controlling of competency model; annual appraisal and talent review rounds Implementation of job profiles (RSA, Branch Managers, etc. ) Controlling of career paths and development programs (trainees, etc. ) in collaboration with the training department Implementation Sixt DNAControlling of functional grading and salary bands in collaboration with compensation & benefitClarification and enforcement of labor law requirementsEnsure that templates, work instructions and work contracts are in line with the legal frameworkDefinition of HR processes Requirements Studies in labour relations, economics or similarPrevious experience in similar rolesOrganisational skillsHigh level of englishAbility to interact with senior managers within the companyAvailability to travel We offer - Dinamic work environment- Professional development opportunites
