The Head of Trade Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing worldwide Trade Marketing strategy and consumer engagement activities in line with the overall Marketing and Communication Strategy of the Company.
-Develop Trade Marketing strategy and budget in line with overall Branding and Marketing strategy of the Company
-Head responsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing investments and their execution
-Establish channel Trade Marketing strategies along with execute associated plans
-Plan, develop and flawlessly execute worldwide trade marketing and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sales materials and promotions
-Work closely with Product, Brand and Sales teams to ensure Trade Marketing strategies and activities are aligned with overall sales and revenue targets, as well as to enhance processes, linking corporate brand building activities and product development activities with sales activities
-Work hand in hand with regional Marketing and Sales teams to plan, develop targeted regional / local trade marketing and customer engagement campaigns to promote sales and drive customer uptake
-Perform closely with Product team to plan and design product launch as well as develop, implement and monitor seasonal promotional plans based on sales objectives, brand positioning and consumer target
-Work hand in hand with the Brand & Communication team to coordinate media placements, public relation programs, host events and participate in all community events
-Define optimal calendars to maximize brand awareness, demand and sales performance within our commercial channels
-Coordinate the day-to-day relationship with our international partners
-Manage and develop the Trade Marketing team

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or related field
-At least more than 8 years of relevant experience with Trade Marketing and customer engagement
-In-depth knowledge of Retail Business
-Strong project management skills
-Strong experience with international markets
-Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
-In-depth knowledge of Office suite of tools
