- Lead and support a team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering professional development.
- Oversee distribution strategies, ensuring balanced channel management and enhanced direct booking performance.
- Deliver regular performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Tailor revenue strategies to different international markets, considering regional demand and competitive landscapes.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to refine pricing strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in revenue management leadership roles.
- Analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in distribution, pricing, and demand forecasting.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
