We are looking for a Global Benefits Partner to join the Compensation and Benefits team!
This role can be based in Barcelona or London and requires you to be in the office once per week.
What you will do:
Study, design and implement a comprehensive benefits package align with the company’s culture throughout all the locations (programmes to be considered: health insurance coverage, holidays and vacations, pension plan, life insurance, and others)
Apply employee benefit policy related knowledge and skillset to determine current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements
Evaluate the cost and benefits of wellness programmes, life and long-term care insurance, and any other benefits
Establish and implement a quantitative scorecard process for selecting new benefits and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of current benefits programs
Partner with the Finance team to manage and evaluate the cost of all benefits programs to optimize our global benefit plans cost and performance
Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers
Design and implement communication programs to enhance the value of benefit programs and increase employee understanding and engagement
What you need:
5 years of Global benefits experience
Knowledge of US Compensation and Benefits package including: Health & Welfare, 401(k), STD/LTD/FMLA and global wellness plans would be a big plus.
Demonstrated ability to be consultative and pragmatic in program development and evaluation
Experience in companies in hyper growth will be advantageous
Strong Communication skills
Excellent level of English
