About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated German-speaking professional who wants to grow in full-cycle recruitment and build a successful career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Whether you come from a sales or business development background and want to move into recruitment,

or you’re already in Talent Acquisition and want to shift into a commercial, 360° role, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process — from prospecting clients to closing deals.
• Actively source, pitch, and place top IT talent across Europe.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio through proactive business development.
• Negotiate offers and close deals that make a real impact.
• Continuously improve your market knowledge and sales techniques with elite training and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent/native German + good English or Spanish.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales (minimum 6–12 months).
• Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and eager to achieve results.
