Your Profile ?
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Native level of German
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity and professionalism
Comfortable working against assigned quotas in a phone-based environment
Essential computer skills for navigating a computer-based job
Desirable
1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen
Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Ability to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious
Understanding of local market and business environment
Your Responsibilities ?
Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and daily/weekly activity targets
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
Educate customers on Google Cloud solutions
Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, often cold calling, and contact C-level decision makers
Build quick rapport and assess needs of prospects
Gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions (solution-selling), and build value for next steps in the sales process
Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com
Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Diligently document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce.com

Salary: 25, 440. 00€ gross/year + up to 6, 360. 00€ gross/year in bonus
