We are looking for a Junior Web Project Manager, and your mission will be to analyze, manage and implement evolutionary, innovative and expansion projects in Camper's digital ecosystem. Main accountabilitiesYou will be the person in charge of studying, analysing and managing the implementation and start-up of projects and initiatives in the digital B2C world at Camper, covering different areas of the business such as Ecommerce, logistics, social media and physical shops. Your role will be to bridge the technical and business worlds. It is essential to have a technical background (preferably in the B2C environment) to be able to define the solutions to be implemented, coordinate the different technological partners that will carry out the development as well as manage the operational and evolutionary after the launch of each of the projects. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment in which many roles are developed at the same time. It is important to be able to manage priorities and time, with a proactive attitude, always with a practical and decisive approach, with the aim of achieving a quick go to market that will give you a competitive advantage in the sector. SkillsDegree in Telecommunications or Computer Science. 1 year experience in development/analysis/project management. Knowledge of BACK or FRONT programming language (Java, React, HTML, CSS, JS). Knowledge of SQL. Teamwork collaborating with multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, technology providers. . . ). Dynamic profile with ability to adapt and long-term commitment. Results-oriented person. Medium/high level of English and Spanish. Availability to travel.
